Tools

Thank to a technology advances plant we can work tools up 600 x 900 mm.

The plant is build in Agnellengo di Momo (NO)-Italy and is the result of a partenrship between the management of Cimplasta and Mr.Bazzana Renato, that has the liability to follow the tool making plant.

This partnership can grant us to follow customers projects from first design to the final molding.

Our plant is formed by:

No 1 high speed milling-machine
No 4 NC milling-machines
No 3 milling-machines
No 1 thread wearing machine
No 3 wearing machines
No 2 grinding-machine

This park machines can be employed also to work tools for third parties.

Following all oerations since start phase grant a complete and checked cycle of production.

The tool-work plant is also employed for ordinary and extra maintenance activities.
