Logistic and lead times reduction are two key point of competition.

When one of our customers require us a product we usually some pieces in stock. Lead times are reduced and reduced. For some customers we actually work with a lead time of 6 hours, that is mean that order are sent at 8.00 AM to be delivered al 2.00 PM. The production plane and the supply system must be in compliance with this system of Just In Time work (JIT). The average lead time is about 3 days.

 

Main advantages

Lower level of stocks for the customer with the consequence in pegging down costs and in addressment of warehouse to production plants.
Better level of quality by having productions allways checked and with a no longed production date.
Compliance with the requirements of the customer on the matter of technical modifications.
