Multi-material molding

In our plant in Vergiate we mold also multi-material resins;  by this technology we can obtain articles molded in:

 

multi-color

 

multi-material

 

We can employ the three more important technologies in multi-material molding:

 

rotating table. Is a system by which a part of the tool can rotate up to 180° in order to change the closing system by male and female.

 

slide in tool. Is the more simply technology, by employing a ssytem in tool that open/close a groove in which raw material can pass.

 

index plate. Is the best technology thant employ a plate rotation between male and female. In this case we can change all matrix of the tool.

 

Thanking to our harware flexibility we can supply a service with an high impact in technology and costs.

Automation

We have two NC robot lines, bu which we can take pieces in complex case, making a numberous amount of operations.

By making a numberous of work operations directly in press can increase flexibility, reducing costs and lead times.

 

 

Management system

All activies are supervised by an ERP system that can grand a continous survey and control of all administrative activities. Our system is open to all system by transfering data in SQL-ODBC system.

All data are insert in a database that show clearly all information to all functions, in order to perform efficiency pegging costs down.

Our system can receive and supply information in:

E.D.I. (Electronic Data Interchange) standard EDIFACT-EDIWHITE.

Electronic-mail

Transfers  peer-to-peer.
